Please help identify this Zippers/Jenny rom song!

Hello! My name is BrandonBunBun, I am a huge fan of bubblegum music, when I was introduced to it in 2015, and some favorites include Bikki and Blue Monster, Dominoo, and Yumm Yumm. One of my longest listening artists was Zippers and Jenny Rom, And I finally found a song that I cannot find on ANY RECORD. Not on Genie, Not on Shazam, not on any lyrics, not on even this site. Sadly, the comments for the original video is off and no identifier to this song, (AI cannot even do it because how chaotic it is!) I need the professionals (You guys) to please help me out finding this gem of a hidden song! It sounds almost exactly like Jenny Rom or Barbie Young.
I posted a video showing it on facebook to the bubblegum dancer page, but I thought that I would post here as well. The song in question is heard on Fitness Party - Fitness Dance Mix (BUBBLEGUM FLAVOR MEGAMIX) on Modern Forever on youtube, and sadly I cannot identify any way of contacting them (Little chance of that anyway as they rank [HASH]1 on genie for bubblegum dance submissions and they are probably busy)
It starts at 3:13, and it is at a very VERY high energy and fast pace, much to the design of Zippers or even as far as Speedogang. Please PLEASE help me find this. Any help or clues helps.
