I'm trying to remember an obscure album I had on my computer back in the mid-2000's or so. Crossposted from Reddit:
-very likely from the 90's or 2000's. The musical style is along the lines of Steps, A-Teens, S Club...
-I'm almost positive it's from Europe, though Australia is also possible. It's almost certainly not Asian or American, though it might be one of those weird cases that were more popular in Japan or China than on their own turf. Songs were all in English.
-The album cover was the members of the group in a cartoonish car. The background was white, and the colors were bright and simple, like you'd see on a children's show. I forget if the car was a photograph or drawn, but I'm almost positive the members were photographed. I think they were posed kind of like the cover of "It's Never Easy Being Cheesy" by Fast Food Rockers.
-There were both male and female members. At least three, probably more, definitely not a solo or duo. Members likely in their teens or early 20's.
-Both the album title and group name were generic enough that Googling for information on the group was a pain. It may have been self-titled.
-It was definitely a full album, not just a single.
-I'm pretty sure they only had the one album and maybe a few singles - if they lasted any longer than that I'd remember who the hell they were!
I wanna say the format was something like, the group's name was a single word with an exclamation point, and the album was self-titled? It's not listed in the main database, and it's almost certainly too pop to end up there or on a site like Eurodance Encyclopedia. Hell, I probably initially got it from here or from the old Aceboard. I just can't remember what it was now!
Does this ring any bells for anyone? I probably do still have it on one of my drives, but I don't know how to begin searching for it.
