WHO WOULD BRING BACK TO THE BUBBLEGUM WORLD OF MUSIC?
-- This is a Fantasy thread so inactive groups/artists preferred, as for example we know Aqua will be making another one and assume Smile.DK will at some point down the road.
-- Cannot name artists or groups that cannot physically come back together, i.e. Crispy (RIP Mette)
-- Basically looking for your top artists in Bubblegum where if you had the power as a famous Producer (again Fantasy World) and you were starting your own Bubblegum Dance Record Label. Any BGD group would come back because in this fantasy you are such a re-knowned producer that any artist would flock to your beckoning call at the drop of a dime; because they know they would be heard worldwide. So who would you bring back?
MINE
Lucky Twice - Obviously their one album was EPIC and so full of hits it was crazy. As far as I know they are not going to ever release another album, although it has been long rumored they would but with a new member. In this fantasy the original members would get back together and another album would be put together with the same style as their first mixed with the styles of early Djumbo and style of Creamy's "We Got the Time" album.
Bambee - I know she has moved on in her life long ago, but something inside of her resparks her interest in making-music when she gets my call and some music from her first two albums is brought back (maybe with new mixes) and shes tours them, builds up all sorts of interest in her style to people that are new to it, she writes new material, mixed with the style of dance beats from a Sarina Paris/Rollergirl inspiration. She grabs ahold of the current wave of interest in electronic-pop music and never lets go.
Blue Monster - The project is put back together where it left off and Blue Monster & Bikki's self-titled album is finally released. It gets the popularity it deserves throughout Europe and new material is written and produced. The new style gets inspiration from A-Moe but with a more happy direction in Blue Monster's growls and also has more of the trancy-like styles of A-Moe and "Night at the Opera". This hits the ears of the current consumer just right and their popularity explodes off the charts!
Just thought we'd have a little fun with our imaginations!
Feel free to join in!
